BattlEye RCon is an optional UDP based protocol available to supported games only. Check https://docs.cftools.cloud/connection for details.
The BattlEye RCon configuration is done by a BEServer_x64.cfg
. The name of the file is case sensitive. Once BattlEye RCon is active, the file will be renamed after following schema BEServer_x64_active_{CODE}.cfg
. When the game server is terminated in an unexpected way, the configuration may not get renamed, however it is still valid and active.
The location of the file by default is profiles/BattlEye
based from your server root directory (This only applies to Bohemia Interactive titles). Should you not have a profiles
directory, you will have to locate the active profiles folder (-profiles
launch parameter). Game Server Providers often name this SC
.
BattlEye will by default listen on a random port. You have to configure a port using the RConPort
parameter. We suggest using game port
+3
. All traffic is UDP. The game port and game port + 2 can not be used as RCon port.
